If you are competing in the tournaments, and have already paid your admission fee, but NOT the tournament registration fee ($30) you need to click the following paypal link and pay asap! Click to pay the $30 Tournament registration fee!
If you do not pay the registration fee you WILL NOT compete in any of the tournaments! Make sure EVERYONE on your team pays this fee, if not, you will have to come up with cash at the door for those who have not yet paid*! *paypal will be accepted on site as well
If you want a case of Bawls energy drink, click the paypal "Buy Bawls" image on the left hand side! Its $30 for one 24 pack of Bawls energy drink! Remember, the only way to get Bawls will be to purchase them via pre-pay online, or via Paypal during the event, no cash sales will be made during the event! |

If you have purchased a hotel room already, please let me know. Also, please let me know how, mainly if you used the G-DCLN code or not!
Here is the issue I'm having, if you go to hyatt.com and order your room on there, without the group/corporate code, you can get the rooms for $85/night. This effects the LAN in a serious way, we are REQUIRED to rent 25 rooms on both friday and saturday night at $99/night. If we do not rent these 25 rooms, we are required to pay for those rooms that do not get rented.
I can see where you would not want to pay for the additional $15/night, let me ask you to please pay it. If you do not, DC-LAN will have to cover that additional $15/night/room.
Basically, if you get a room, please let me know how much you paid for it, and your first/last name so I can make sure it is applied to DC-LAN's block of rooms, email

For those of you who need hotel rooms, I have the Group/Corporate # that you need to get the discounted rate.

Click that link, and on the right hand side you will see the reservation box.
Set the Check in date as Friday, August 25th, and the checkout date as Sunday, August 27th.
The Group/Corporate # is:
G-DCLN
This will set you up for 2 nights at the hotel. $99/night = $198. This rate is only guaranteed until August 8th, GET YOUR ROOM ASAP!! Keep in mind, room rentals help DC-LAN, we need 25 room rentals on both Friday and Saturday night, even if you get 1 room with your whole team, it still helps! Plus, $198 split 5 ways is only $40 for both nights!! Not bad for staying at The Regency Hyatt, look at the pictures below, this place is TIGHT! LIEK ZOMG!! Notice the pool on the roof....RIGHT ABOVE THE DRIVEWAY! skinny dipping anyone? wait, we need girls for that, nm!

After crunching some numbers, I have decided that to make it worth it, and fair to all attendees and competitors, each game(tournament event) must have at least 10(ten) teams signed up and paid before the LAN, for that game to qualify for the $2,000 cash purse! It wouldn't be fair to have only 5 or 6 teams sign up for BF2 or any game, and still offer the same prize pool. Make sure your team signs up and pays ASAP!! Also, don't forget to take advantage of X3O-Gaming's offer: Pre-register/pay before August 20th and you get 2 FREE HOURS OF GAMETIME at x3o-gaming in Rockville!
